I confirm I have parental responsibility and give consent for my child (as named on Saunton membership) to attend the Saunton Sands SLS Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award Practice Expedition weekend on Exmoor on Friday 19th June to Sunday 21st June 2026.
I consent to photos being taken and shared within the closed Silver parents WhatsApp group and I confirm I will not share these elsewhere.
I confirm that my child has adequate clothing, food and water for this activity.
I will update my child's medical form if anything changes.
